Very personal, accommodating and yet, professional. We requested several ZOOM meetings throughout our long immigration process, and sometimes at odd hours due to the 6 hour time zone difference. I don't recall an instance when she didn't find a way to meet our request. Additionally, she was effect...ive submitting cover letters and validating documentation or guiding us in those submissions as our case also involved child custody elements.
