Tracy Ann Myers

Tracy A. Myers is an associate attorney at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, PLLC. Her primary focus areas are intellectual property, commercial law (including business formation), contractual agreements (review and drafting), and trust and estate planning. Prior to joining Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, she worked as a Law Clerk I and II to the Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands, where she drafted complex civil and criminal opinions and orders involving matters of first impression on behalf of the judge. She also worked as an associate in a Virgin Islands law firm, where she participated in commercial litigation, trust and estate planning, creditor representation in bankruptcy, residential and commercial real estate, collections, and criminal defense.

Myers received her B.A. from Bloomsburg University in Bloomsburg, PA. She graduated cum laude from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, TX, where she received her Juris Doctor in 2008. She was awarded a Collegiate All American Scholar Award (2007), TMSL Full Tuition Scholarship (2005-2008), Chancellor’s Award (2007), CALI Award (Highest Grade) – Appellate Brief & Argument (2006), Dean’s List (Spring and Fall 2006, Fall 2007, Spring 2008) and was a member of the TMSL Moot Court Champion Team (2007), including 1st Place Brief and 3rd Place Overall Best Oral Advocate. During law school, she was a Federal Judicial Intern, a Federal Judicial Extern, a summer intern (vacation scheme) in the London office of one of the top international law firms in the world, and a year-long judicial intern to the Chief Justice of the 1st Court of Appeals (Houston). During law school she was also employed as a law clerk to a Chapter 13 Trustee and as an assistant to a professor.

She is licensed to practice in Georgia, the US Virgin Islands, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
