I would like to take a moment to apologize for your perception of our firm and assure you that I, along with my entire team, am committed to being responsive to every client that we take on. I want to assure you that I would never allow my caseload to impact how I treat my clients and the quality of our work. Our team takes pride in communicating with our clients consistently and as quickly as possible. Perhaps there is a miscommunication in what happened, and we would like the opportunity to investigate your feedback further. Please reach me personally via email or phone, and I would be happy to discuss any issues that you have at your earliest convenience.
