Don't waste your time
I called her to represent me in an auto accident. She spent one hour going on about her auto accident, her family, etc. She then mailed me a mountain of paperwork to fill out, which was the last thing I wanted to do while in pain. The Court ruled that part time prosecuting attorneys should not accept cases in areas which pose a potential conflict with constitutional duties.
State ex rel. Games-Neely v. Sanders, 212 W.Va. 710, 575 S.E.2d 320 (2002).
Statute was declared unconstitutional and defendant was not prosecuted.
State ex rel. Dillon v. Egnor,188 W.Va. 221, 43 S.E.2d 624 (1992)
The Court ruled that due process required that the litigant be permitted to file for divorce, pro se
State ex rel. Pries v. Watt, 186 W. Va. 49, 410 S.E.2d 285 (1991).
The Court granted the writ, holding that the defendant did not have sufficient contact with West Virginia to confer jurisdiction.
