Child support agency said i didn't need to pay child support from the country i was from i wasn't earning enough .

What does your lease say about landlord entries? Many leases allow them fore emergencies (which this doesn't seem like).

You can't work with the B visa though so maybe you should upgrade your O-1 to get the decision sooner.

Visa type and Visa length are different - if you are coming to be a tourist then the only visa you will get is the B.

It can take months because there is no PP for changing status to H-4. If her employer does not revoke I-140, nothing happens to the process.
