My ex boyfriend -2years whom I lived with stated I was a tenant instead of a live in girlfriend and won a Lltenat ,forged lease.

If a person forged your name on a lease this is a critically important CRIMINAL matter that you should speak to an attorney about ASAP.

Most leases say that if you are not able to live in the rental then you are not responsible for rent at that time. Consult your lease.
