In final months of commercial leases, must landlord give any advance notice to enter and show to prospective tenants? Even 24hr?

It seems that the lease does not provide for notice so you probably are not entitled to it.

It seems that the landlord wants to enforce the lease terms. If you cannot make the payments it may be better to end the lease and leave.
