Had perviously used Murthy to file extension for a senior/valuable employee. Murthy makes you run circles with paralegals and amature attorneys. Murthy botched the paperwork so bad that we were given a 1 month extension, ONE MONTH! (Never again)!!! Enter Janetha. She pointed out what went wrong ...within 5 minutes of talking over the phone. Gave an appointment to meet her and re-filed in less than 7 days. Papers were approved whitin the timeframe Janetha had suggested, no RFE, no back and forth. No hassel.
