Rachel Lewis Virk

This is my second time writing a review for Ms. Virk, the first of which was under the name FDB. After retaining Ms. Virk, she delivered the most favorable outcome that I could imagine. She even directly helped both of my children, writing them letters for school on multiple occasions. She is a very ...caring lawyer, but more importantly a very caring person. She truly is invested in every one of her clients, and that attitude transcends any work she could do. Not to mention, she does amazing work. There is not a lawyer I could imagine that would positively affect me more than Mrs. Virk has. She is wonderful and I unequivocally recommend her to anyone in need of a compassionate divorce lawyer. Like I said in my first review, she is a warrior.

Aside from how knowledgeable she is about Virginia Laws, she was able to notice small details in legal documents that the opposing party purposely changed to benefit them and eventually would cause future legal problems for me. After talking to friends and family, looking for a good lawyer, I was very disappointed. I decided to do my own research and came upon Ms. Virk. After reading lots of information about Ms. Virk’s experience and advice regarding divorce, I was convinced that she would be able to help me. After deciding to retain Ms. Virk, I can say that she and her firm are very kind, attentive, and professional. My emails and phone calls to Ms. Virk were always returned the same day, which alleviated my worries as soon as they surfaced. Going through adivorce with kids involved, I came to find that Ms. Virk is very compassionate about the kids and always thinks with their best interests in mind. Every time I was apprehensive about the situation, Ms. Virk and Ms. Anita assured me with their words and actions that my children and I were in very capable hands. My goal was for my divorce to be settled through mediation without having to go to court, and thanks to Ms. Virk, we were successful in pursuing the mediation route. She really fought for me like a warrior and ensured that I would be able to stay in the house with my kids. Ms. Virk was able to get everything I asked for done within a few months, so we could enjoy the holidays and start the New Year with a fresh start. For that, I am forever grateful. There are a lot of lawyers out there that you can hire, but there are few that really care and make it personal. Ms. Virk is one that truly cares. I will definitely be referring friends, family, and neighbors to her firm with 100% confidence that they will be taken care of.
