Mr Evans was paid a significant fee as advanced billings in advance with the agreement that bukks woujs be itemized and unused portions of advanced retainer woukd be returned . He never provided those bills and when I requested meetings to review invoices , he canceled and when follow ion reque...sts were made, he hung up on me. The total amount of time actual work was a few weeks ( he was away most of the tine) was a few weeks . My case was dismissed on a technicality I politely terminated representation as there was nothing before the court and I didn’t want to continue his representation.
