This case involves various disputes regarding child support and alimony to my client, J.H. She obtained an agreement for child support and alimony that was incorporated into her divorce decree. On two ... occasions, B.H. disputed whether certain bonuses he was received should used to calculate the alimony he was obligated to pay. The court ruled in my clients favor on both occasions. More recently B.H. sought to reduce that amount of child support and alimony he should pay. Due to his failure to provide proper discovery his case was dismissed and a judgment was entered in my client's favor against B.H. to pay her attorneys fees.
