Biography
Michael Farris is the Chairman of the Home School Legal Defense Association and the Chancellor of Patrick Henry College. Farris founded HSLDA in 1983 and continues to lead the organization as Chairman. It has over 80,000 member families and a staff of over 60.
At Patrick Henry College, Farris teaches Constitutional Law, and coaches the PHC Moot Court team. His team has won two national championships in undergraduate moot court (the American Collegiate Moot Court Association). His team has also won more trophies at the national tournament than any other college for each of the last six years.
Farris's practice is limited to constitutional law.
