I want to buy a residence from an LLC that purchased it at Sheriff's sale (foreclosure). Anything I need to know beforehand?

Ross Hart hit on the big points, I add only that there really is no major impact of buying the property from an LLC as opposed to any other seller....

A: not much. She can try, but if the order is already entered, she has to show certain circumstances to get it changed.
