In my travels around the world, I have been lucky enough to see where the Great Wall starts in China, the majesty of the Taj Mahal in India, the great pyramids in Mexico, salmon swimming upstream in Oregon, ships sailing into Vancouver, the end of the St. Lawrence River and Stonehenge in England. 

I have helped clients from the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Nicaraga, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Japan, China, Italy, Qatar, Afghanistan, Yemen, Turkey, India, Egypt and Canada. My associates speak Spanish, Chinese, Russian and Ukranian.  

In addtion to being a lawyer, I have been a professor for the past ten years at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. 

I have worked on projects in China, Mexico, Colombia, Turkey, Italy and India and have spoken at conferences in China and Singapore.

I am currently licensed in the following legal courts: US Supreme Court, US Federal Court of Appeals; Virginia Eastern District Court; United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims; US Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces; International Court of Trade; Commonwealth of Virginia.
