Quite simply – I feel lucky to have met Roy and have had him on my side. I was facing a complicated and emotionally charged situation – something that was challenging on many levels. From the moment he took on the case Roy gave me the confidence to believe I was doing the right thing in pursuing my... case and that I had the right person to guide and support me. Importantly, he treated me like a person throughout rather than a faceless case. He was entirely professional but also offered guidance, reassurance and much needed lightness at the right times – so what could have been hard and cold felt human. Practically Roy was always available and proactive. He ensured I knew what was happening at every stage. He kept me fully involved in all decision making helping me understand the issues and opportunities. He always responded quickly and professionally to my calls and emails. Roy answered all of my questions and always explained (in layman’s terms) what was happening and why. He handled the other lawyers extremely well – and with a good dose of humor. Whether face to face or in emails, he was always clear, direct, and completely in control. Critically as we came close to the conclusion of the case, Roy redoubled his efforts ensuring all the people involved for the other parties completed their work properly and on time so we were able to reach a successful conclusion. The matter has now been concluded, something that I do not believe would have happened without Roy’s involvement. I am so pleased I found him and would highly recommend him.
