I was new to the whole court process. Rena walked me step by step with the process. She was patient and helped me submit the proper forms that was needed to take my tenants to court. She stayed in communication with me the entire time. Letting me know when I had court dates well in advance or if it w...as required for me to even go. She also,personally called to remind me and walked me thru what to expect when we went to court. My property had a high crime rate and she helped me evict tenants based on illegal activities. I worked with Rena for 4yrs. She is one of the best in the business for illegal criminal activities on properties in D.C such as robberies, murder, selling drugs, subleasing,etc. She definitely did due diligence and made sure everything was by the books not loose any cases and when there was lack of evidence. She had them sign 5 year good behavior agreements, legally binding them. Now if something else happened( which it always did, criminals never change) with the same tenants, we had the upper hand. I was promoted and moved locations. I truly miss working with her and her entire work staff including Lisa Dessel.
