Paul-Anthony Magadia

Mr. Magadia was thorough when he prepared my J-1 Waiver package. He did mention to me from the onset that J-1 Waivers were difficult to get. I know this to be true because I consulted with several other lawyers before I met Mr. Magadia. It took close to three years for me to obtain my J-1 Waiver, ...due to DHS and the State Department's review process, but I got it! I later utilized Mr. Magadia's legal services for my adjustment of status and U.S. citizenship. I initially hired Mr. Magadia because I felt his sincerity in helping me during our first meeting. He is probably the first honest lawyer that I ever met!

I believe that he maintains a low client base in exchange for quality service. In the end, I was granted US citizenship - after waiting over ten years and several la...wyers along the way.
