Patrick Christopher Horrell

I hired Patrick Horrell , he handled my mother's Divorce in Virginia. He is now a partner of the Rosenau Firm. Patrick is truely excellent I highly recommend him if your looking for a lawyer in DC, VA or MD and even Missouri. I found him to be honest, personable, quick to the point, very fast , very ...very knowledgeable about Virginia law processes and court system. He doesn't waste time or bill out of control, I felt that his billed time was very fair and it made sense when I reviewed the tasks he performed. Through the often tough emotional cases of Divorce, I at least always felt confident that Patrick knew what to do next and that makes you feel safe and that your going about things the right way. He communicates consistently and will pick up the phone, answer all emails and make time to meet and discuss (that's important since being able to take care of time sensitive tasks). His office is in DC right now and the location is easy to get to, but there isn't much parking. His firm uses very easy to use online payment and records retaining software that made payments and billing easy to work with. I would recommend Patrick and Rosenau & Horrell Law to anyone who needs their services.
