Assiist same in setting up internal regulatory compliance programs, lending and underwriting programs, etc. Work closely with trade associations to determine the impact of, and develop strategies with respect to, pending federal legislation and regulation on the consumer finance industry.

Provide counsel to banks and finance companies on various consumer financial services legislative and regulatory issues not addressed in the other enumerated practice areas.

I provide counsel to bsanks, finance companies and other lenders with respect to state and local regulations applicable to their consumer financial services activities. Counsel includes advice regarding consumer protection and other financial disclosures required in various types of consumer financial services transactions.
