Mr. Oliveira is a member of the trial and litigation practice of DNL Zito. Throughout his career, he has served domestic and international clients in litigation matters both in the United States and in Brazil. Mr. Oliveira has experience in contract law, patent and trademark counseling.
Mr. Oliveria litigates a wide variety of matters, including intellectual property disputes, government contracting arbitrations, litigations and appeal, and general commercial matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Oliveira practiced law in Brazil, where he dealt with a wide range of matters, including intellectual property negotiation, credit recovery negotiation and litigation, general business litigation and tort cases.
Mr. Oliveira clerked for Minas Gerais State Special Court and for the Federal Attorney Office (Brazil), and is a Licensed Attorney in Brazil and New York.
