Mr. Gray has represented and advised clients with appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia and Ninth Circuits, as well as several state appellate courts.

Mr. Gray regularly represents or advises a wide range of clients with matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, state public service comm, and a variety of state and federal courts.

Mr. Gray works with project developers regarding infrastructure projects, renewable generation, Environmental Protection Agency regulations, and the interplay between energy and the environment.
