I am a registered patent attorney with a B.S. in Computer Science accompanied by a minor in Electrical Engineering. Largely, my practice focuses the procurement of patents in the fields of computer science and electrical engineering. My experience is extensive in several fields of technology including computer hardware and software, wireless telecommunications, mobile devices, apps, data security, consumer electronics, memories, semiconductors, circuits, sensors, and mechanical devices.

My practice areas include patent, trademark, and copyright, with particular expertise in patent application preparation and prosecution. I also provide freedom-to-operate evaluations, patent validity/invalidity study and analysis, and general advise regarding patentability and patent rights.

While I am not a trial lawyer, I do provide patent infringement litigation support, including product mapping, claim charts, Markman briefs, invalidity search and analysis, and general pre-trial consultation.
