Client had prevailed in a union representation election.  At the losing union's behest, NLRB set aside the election results on the basis of alleged third party interference by local legislators. T ... he NLRB ordered a second election which the union one. On appeal, the Court was persuaded to reverse the NLRB's decision. Since the second election should never have been ordered, the union's victory in that election was set aside.
