Exceptional Lawyer

Paulette Chapman of Koonz law firm represented me in a medical malpractice case involving a DC hospital. What stood out to me about Paulette right away is her character: personable, knowledgeable and down to earth. (Erin Brockovitch comes to mind) Above all Paulette Chapman is a good listener, which ...is so important in any case that resulted in suffering. She is an expert in her field of law, knows the area and who to contact. When you work with Paulette, you get a feeling that she’s got your back. She is efficient but does not rush you. Paulette Chapman represents a rare combination of legal expertise and caring for the human condition. I highly recommend her.
