My practice focuses on general corporate law and real estate transactions. I  provide advice to individuals and entities at every stage of the business cycle, including formation, operation, merger, acquisition and dissolution. I have organized numerous corporations and other legal entities, negotiated joint venture agreements, and advised both sellers and buyers in the transfer of business ownership through stock and asset arrangements. My real estate clients include landlords, tenants, property managers, developers and investors.  I have created effective structures for the acquisition, management, development and disposition of both commercial and residential real estate. I have drafted and reviewed numerous commercial leases, negotiated the purchase and sale of a variety of real estate interests and handled dozens of like-kind exchanges.
