Poor legal ethics, professionalism lacking, abruptly arrogant and extremely short with communication. Not professionally aggressive in representing my legal issues. When I do make contact with her, she's on the offensive each time... and she speaks over me while I'm trying to explain to her that she'...s perceiving the conversation wrong, it takes a minute to calm her down and she still stay speaking on the exact same subject. I have gotten tired of the combated energies that she choose to exist in. Her treatment towards me is as though I'm working for her. I'm reluctant to express any concerns towards my case because she's taking what communication we do have, personally for some reason. I'm totally confused with her character, but I do know that this type of behavior is extremely unprofessional and does not belong in the work field. She continue to give me excuses of why she can not send me copies of her work so I can personally view what's going on with my case. One of the excuses she gives... is that she's working alone, this excuse has been long going for sometime now. I have no knowledge of my medical bills in total, but yet she want me to make a bid on my case. I have know paper trail from this attorney other than my retainer receipt. I have made numerous request's for proof of work and have received nothing as of this date, ( February 22, 2013 ) February 2012 makes a year since my case started. How can I get my attorney to communicate on a professional level without getting stressed out from fear of her reactions.?

Ms. Abbey was very courteous to me. There was a problem with the insurance company offering a very low settlement offer due to their low value for the injury. Ms. Abbey fought for me when I was without hope. She was able to settle my case after filing a lawsuit. It seems that once the suit was fi...led and they were served, they were willing to offer an acceptable amount. I was able to pay my bills and her fee and walked away with compensation for my pain and suffering. I am very thankful that God blessed me with her services.
