Unprofessional and unethical

He withdrew from my case exactly 1 week before my child custody case. He had numerous errors in my billing. He would pad the billing and when 'i questioned him he would speak to me as if I should bow down to him. He would always forget my name after several conversations to say my name he would s...till mispronounce it when speaking and in correspondence. He is very dishonest and unethical and has no compasion for his clients.
