After spending more than 33 years in prominent Washington, DC law firms, Phil opened his own firm to offer his expertise and experience to clients more efficiently and at a substantially lower cost.
Phil is proud to have devoted more than 25 years to helping homeless and at-risk families secure safe and affordable housing through his pro bono service to Transitional Housing Corporation, a Washington, DC non-profit housing provider.
