"Tom and I worked together at the U.S. Patent Office for about two years and I found him to be knowledgeable and personable. Since leaving the USPTO 10 years ago, Tom has worked in multiple areas of IP law. He also keeps abreast of changes in the law and has written articles and given talks on these as well.
