I have a "policyholder only" insurance coverage practice, which means I do not wor for insurance companies. I represent businesses and individuals who have disputes with their insurance companies and help them get paid. I also help create insurance programs for corporate clients and negotiate specialized policy language and related contract requirements.

I have been handling litigation of all kinds since I began practicing law in 1998. When a dispute can't be settled or resolved during the litigation process, I will take the case to trial and if necessary handle the appeal.

I work with startups and established businesses developing software as a service solutions. In addition to legal "code", I also have working knowledge of software development and self-taught coding skills, from my own experience in the startup world.
