Beware of such young attorneys who post," free consultation" on their web sites however there's a charge prior to the session. This of course is misleading to say the least.. I was charged a fee of $150.0 by Ms. Pace although her website states free. The consultation was a waste of time and money.... The information provided was ( info.) I already knew, Secondly, she's an administrative attorney not a litigator, big difference. A litigator is a master at his work. Very knowledgeable of the subject matter. An administrator, well, they're transitional attorneys with no permanent office space. They want to give the allusion they're part of the mainstream but that's debatable. They offer no factual advice, they're very opinionated and generally offer no real solution to your problem except their textbook dialogue. They just want to get paid to do as little work as possible. Up front, they try to determine your economic situation as to whether you can afford them or not.. Listen for the buzz words while in consultation. To them its about affordability never about the substance of your case. Purely frustrating!
