Mr. Avery won an important determination on Federal employment eligbility.

Mr. Avery won an important determination on my behalf regarding Federal employment eligibility. The human capital office at the Federal agency where I am employed used a limited interpretation of agency hiring guidelines to determine that I was ineligible to apply for a promotion in the agency. Mr. ...Avery, with his extensive knowledge of Federal employment law and regulations developed a strong and convincing argument countering that determination and which earned the attention of the agency's General Counsel Office. Due to the strength of the case established by Mr. Avery's skill and experience, the General Counsel Office reversed the previous determination by the human capital office and found that I was indeed eligible to apply for the promotion. This positive outcome has made a significant difference in my career and earning potential. In addition, it has provided a check on the agency's hiring system that I believe will benefit my coworkers who may find themselves in a similar situation. Most importantly, he won the outcome for which I sought his counsel. Throughout this process Mr. Avery was direct, courteous, and professional with myself and agency representatives. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Mr. Avery.

Exceptional Service

The legal service Mr. Avery provided me was exceptional. More specifically, he made it very easy to work with him from the first consult, his fees were reasonable, he was highly responsive and he made sure his work stayed consistent with my case objectives. Consequently, I received a VERY favorable ...result in regards to my case due to Mr. Avery's exceptional legal service. As such, I notified him right after the case that I would be hiring him if I had any other business and/or other legal issues. I recommend Mr. Avery very highly.
