It is possible it may end in separation yes. The issue will be what type of drug.
Sometimes it's possible to stay in if there is good support...

You can "disrespect" an officer without being in his presence. But not so an NCO.
The privacy and nature of the conversation will be the issue.

You cannot sue the military directly.
There are quite a lot of steps that are missing from the above on how they got to a separation.
My boyfriend was charged with abduction + assault and battery. I dont want him to go to jail!!

You can this to the prosecutor and in your testimony.
In VA the prosecutor can still proceed to trial on the case even if you want it dropped.
