A Senior Partner at Ashcraft & Gerel, Lawrence J. Pascal has been representing injured workers in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and New York for more than 45 years. Mr. Pascal is widely regarded as an authority on workers’ compensation laws, having authored Virginia Workers’ Compensation, Law and Practice, a much-used reference tool for workers’ comp lawyers and law students alike. In addition to workers’ compensation law, Mr. Pascal represents plaintiffs in Ashcraft & Gerel’s mass tort practice, as well as serious personal injury cases involving third-party liability and medical malpractice.
Mr. Pascal has been selected for inclusion in the prestigious Virginia Super Lawyers® and Washington, D.C. Super Lawyers® lists.
