James Theodore Montgomery Jr.

I was employed by James T. Montgomery, Jr at Foley, Hoal & Eliot in the 1990’s. I had never met anyone with the depth of knowledge on ANY subject like Mr. Montgomery has for the laws and regulations surrounding United States tax laws. He has a profound organizational thought process coupled with what... seems to be an almost photographic memory. He was sensitive to my needs as an employee, student and woman - and modeled a perfect example of diligence and hard work. This attorney is the penultimate thinker, manager and mentor. Please know it’s been almost 30 years since I worked with Mr. Montgomery, and I think of him very often with great respect, regard and warmth. It was humbling to work with him, and certainly led me to become a hard-working and dedicated team mate in my current endeavors.
