Isaiah Richard Kalinowski

Isaiah R. Kalinowski represents individuals that have suffered vaccine injury from the downtown Washington, D.C. offices of  Maglio Christopher & Toale, P.A. Prior to joining the Firm, he served as a judicial law clerk at the United States Court of Federal Claims.  At the United States Court of Federal Claims, Isaiah drafted judicial orders and decisions on the law and science of vaccine injury.  Isaiah joined Maglio Christopher & Toale, P.A. in 2010 and became a partner at the Firm in 2012.

Prior to his years at the United States Court of Federal Claims, Mr. Kalinowski worked as a private litigation attorney, specializing in commercial litigation, religious liberties, and other civil rights litigation, and has litigated cases before both state and federal courts in Virginia and New York.

Mr. Kalinowski is a graduate of Wabash College and Regent University School of Law. He is admitted to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia and New York State, the Federal District Courts of the Eastern District of Virginia and the Southern District of New York, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
