Biography
To all clients, I offer a FREE "introductory" phone consultation of up to 30 minutes and an initial face to face consult for a flat fee. For more fee information, please see my website. I offer copies of many of my publications FREE or for a small copy/handling charge.
For groups, I am often available to give FREE presentations on the basic estate planning or business entity formations (currently limited to DC residents) or on the basics of the patent system (currently limited to the DC area, unless the group pays my travel related expenses). I provide handouts for these presentations - there may be a small copy charge required.
In addition to the DC and New York bars, I am also a member of the USPTO's patent bar. As a patent attorney, I may represent clients before the USPTO (aka the Patent Office). I have worked as an examiner at the USPTO which may provide me with useful insight.
