I represent clients in litigation matters covering a broad range of areas, including environmental, toxic tort, government contracts, insurance, and commercial contract disputes. I specialize in cases that involve complex scientific issues, where I often work with medical, environmental, and damages experts in helping present technical testimony in a manner that can be understood by judges and juries. I also head my firm's e-discovery practice group and assist clients with electronic evidence.

I defend both individuals and businesses in a variety of criminal matters, most often involving white collar crimes. I have experience in all stages of criminal proceedings, including significant experience in conducting large-scale investigations into allegations of complex financial fraud.
