I have had the privilege of representing electric utilities, cooperatives, generation and transmission project developers, and a West-wide 260-member electric industry association for many years in Federal regulatory matters at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and in the courts.  These representations often include commercial matters such as transactional structuring, acquisitons, due diligence, negoiations, contract preparation and review, and contract performance and breach.

Commercial work also includes representing the US interests of a Global heavy manufacturing company headquartered in Dubai, supporting E&P in the US.

My decades of trial, arbitration, and appellate litigation experience provide valuable context and insight for all of my legal work. 

I have held a Martindale AV rating consistently since the 1980s-- the highest rating Martindale awards.  I am also rated by Chambers.
