Mr. Konare has received a LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center in 2003 and a J.D. cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law in 2002. From 2002 to 2003, Abdoul served as a Fellow at the Institute of International Economic Law (IIEL) in Washington, DC. He is a member of the Bars of District of Columbia and Michigan.
In his spare time, Mr. Konare is a very active volunteer for Centro Hispano in Frederick, MD and enjoys running.
