I was referred to Tom by another attorney who knew I needed Toms expertise in securities law. I had a very hard time finding someone until I met with Tom. I explained my situation and right from the get go he knew what to do and how to handle the situation. Tom is very personable and easy to deal wit...h on any level. I was so impressed with his knowledge of the securities law. Here I was thinking what a large problem I had on my hands, according to other attorneys I had met. Tom made it seem like it was nothing and he would handle it all. Which he did with great satisfaction. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone for what ever the reason.
