REGGIE JONES is a Litigation partner and Chair of Fox Rothschild LLP's Federal Government Contracts and Procurement practice group. Reggie's clients consist of national and international contractors and engineering and design firms, construction managers, and large specialty trade contractors. He has a well-established practice that focuses on federal and commercial claims litigation (prosecution and defense) before federal and state courts, the various boards of contract appeals, and in private arbitration and mediation.

Reggie represents clients in connection with the preparation and defense of bid protests (Agency, GAO and Court of Federal Claims), size protests before the Small Business Administration (SBA), the development and implementation of federal business ethics and compliance programs, internal investigations, False Claims Act defense, DCAA audits and investigations, suspension and debarment defense, the negotiation and (prosecution) of termination for convenience settlement proposals, challenging default terminations, and the preparation and prosecution of requests for equitable adjustment and certified claims involving issues such as constructive changes, delays, acceleration, lost labor productivity, defective design, and differing site conditions.

Reggie also regularly represents service contractors, suppliers with GSA Schedule contracts, contractors specializing in munitions and explosives of concern (MEC) clearance, satellite earth terminal contractors, federal security contractors, and many others. Reggie has helped clients successfully resolve claims with the GSA, the VA, USACE, NAVFAC, AFCEE, the State Department's Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the EPA.

On the fun side, Reggie enjoys collecting (and drinking) wine, Washington Nationals baseball, the Atlanta Falcons, Georgia Bulldog football, and fishing for Redfish with his two sons.
