We want to thank the DC Capital Law team for a job well done on getting us out of our timeshare. Our assigned Lawyer (Rachel M. Sexton) was very excited about taking our case. She is a very good listener, takes time to understand the concerns, and was empathetic to the uncomfortable situations the... timeshare sales team put us through. The DC Capital Law team provided full disclosure on what was to occur. They were very positive throughout the process and took the time to communicate the timing of events such as, who would be contacted at the timeshare company, what to expect in response, and their actions for response. They communicated status updates frequently and if needed Rachel provided her direct line for questions. The legal team was cordial in their communication to the timeshare company and as negotiations proceeded, they were very aggressive when needed in their communications and in the end was successful. The whole process took approximately 9 months but well worth the wait. We are now free to vacation when we want, where we want to vacation, how much we want to spend, and now have the freedom from no annual maintenance fees.
