Morgan A. Whitlock

Morgan A. Whitlock is the founder of Whitlock Law, LLC, where she focuses her practice on representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters, including automobile, tractor-trailer, and motorcycle accidents, as well as police brutality and premises liability cases. She is an experienced litigator who has appeared before District and Circuit Courts in Virginia and Maryland and is admitted to practice in both states’ federal and state courts.

A native of Wilson, North Carolina, Ms. Whitlock earned her undergraduate degree from NC State University and her Juris Doctor from the David A. Clarke School of Law at the University of the District of Columbia, where she received the Dean’s Cup for outstanding public service. During law school, she served on the Judiciary Committee of the Student Body Association, worked as a teaching assistant for a course on the government’s role in national disasters, and completed over 800 hours of pro bono legal service representing indigent clients in the District of Columbia. Ms. Whitlock is an active member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Maryland Association for Justice and is a former Secretary of the Virginia Women Attorneys Association, Loudoun County Chapter.
