Jennifer Lynne Jones

A former commercial real estate property manager and consultant, Jennifer Jones is a Shareholder in Polsinelli's DC office who advises domestic and international clients on various leasing-related intricacies related to big box and in-line retail leases, multi-floor and full building office and industrial leases. She negotiates multi-million dollar purchase and sale agreements for commercial properties and portfolio deals, providing legal advice related to each step of the acquisition, development, leasing management and disposition of real property.

Jones has represented private equity real estate investment firms in multiple states, asset managers for office and industrial buildings, department store chains and national retailer developers. She has experience negotiating the redevelopment of shopping centers and other multi-use developments, including complex redevelopment-related lease amendments with grocery stores, anchor tenants, restaurants and movie theater chains.
