Bill spent a LOT of time with me on the phone explaining the Trademark process and answering all of my questions; and I had many, as this was my first Trademark application. He responded quickly to follow-up calls and spent even more time with me, as our strategy evolved. He never charged me for extr...a time. More importantly, his strategy worked. Our Mark sailed through the application process (he did have to answer one action but did not charge extra for that either). As the rest of the process unfolded, Bill checked in with encouraging words and was honest about risks. Ultimately, we obtained our Mark within the timeline that he had estimated. I thought he did a great job managing our expectations, and achieving what we had set out to do. Impressively, he did not charge any surprise fees.
