When I hired William in October 2020 off of Rocket Lawyer it started off great...he filed a trademark for my new small business. Funny, he even asked me to leave him a 5-star review so he could build his online business. I did as he asked me to help him out. His service at the time was good. In Sep...tember 2021, he contacted me saying my application was conditionally approved and all he had to do was file the Statement of Use and I would get my trademark registered. He asked me very specific questions which I immediately answered and was pleased with the ease of the process. Again, all was good, and very happy all was moving along. However, I just got an email from USPTO saying my trademark has been abandoned because William failed to file the Statement of Use back in September. I contacted him again and asked what happened and why wasn't this done. He won't say why it wasn't done, all he will say is what it will cost to get it reinstated. Long and short of it is, he dropped the ball. His last email to me today is only this "As you may already know, fees are simply discussed via email with our credit card payment form being provided." Huh? I sent him our whole email chain from September 2021 asking where it says he discussed via email to pay $350 in order to complete this filing process. There is no discussion, no mention, no invoice, no bill. I would've paid any fees he needed in order to get the trademark filed. He failed to follow through and file or even ask for payment and he knows it. Please know, that hiring a trademark lawyer who is reliable and organized is key to getting your trademark registered as it is a very long process. I definitely fell through the cracks at his law firm. Needless to say, I will be hiring another lawyer to fix his mistake as I won't be trusting this guy.

Out of all the lawyers I interviewed to do my trademark registration, William was the best candidate. He explained step by step what the process was, what his best advice was, and he got the job done! Both my trademarks were accepted with the USPTO. Definitely hire William for your Intellectual Prope...rty needs. I plan on getting my two other trademarks done with him!

When I contacted William regarding USPO trademark office action, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He reviewed my application and office action with me. He confirmed a view points with me and advised me how he was going to respond to the office action. This was on Friday and he told me ...he would be submitting the response within 24 to 48 hrs. True to his word he sent me an email on Sunday with the filing receipt.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Mr. Goldman. I have a pending TM that will likely not go through and needed to file a new brand name. Mr. Goldman and I did a 15 conference call and it was amazing all that I learned! He did a thorough search of my proposed mark so I feel much more confi...dent filing this application. His communication was superb and he filed my application in a very timely manner. I look forward to working with him again in the future!
