I had no criminal record and had attended a top tier university. his attempt to contact the complaining witness got me allegations of witness tampering and intimidation from the U.S. Attorney. After, I specifically asked him not to contact the complaining witness. Instead, I sat in DC jail for two and half years. As well, this case continues to affect my employment and life despite working for a multinational firm.
