I had a warrant for a driving ticket and surrendered at the Superior Court in DC. We talked and I usually represent myself but she seemed knowledgeable about what she was doing. The Day of court I was late. After I checked in with the clerk, she walks in the room and immediately repeated some Amendme...nts from the Bill of Rights and Articles from the Constitution.
