This case involved claims that a company's product caused birth defects. I represented the defendant and we successfully challenged the plaintiffs' expert evidence. The court granted our motion exclu ... ding plaintiffs' expert evidence and, since plaintiffs' did not therefore have any experts to support their case, subsequently granted our motion for summary judgment. See Bowen v. DuPont, 2005 WL 1952859 (Del. Super. Ct. June 23, 2005), aff’d, 906 A.2d 787 (Del. 2006). The decision was affirmed by the Delaware Supreme Court.
